Tickets are available on the door – card payment accepted, no cash. The Sapphire is a cashless venue.

Prices

For the 2024-25 season we are pleased to offer the following pricing for home games.  All games face off at 5:15PM at the Raiders’ home venue, Sapphire Ice & Leisure. Doors open at 4.30pm.

Restrictions

  • Concessions: Over 65 / Students – In full time school, college or university education under 21 with Valid NUS or verified UniDays ID from September 2024 term ID Over 65’s – with valid ID / NHS Armed Forces EA Staff Management reserve right to refuse entry without valid ID.
  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Under 5’s are not automatically entitled to a seat.
  • Disabled Carer Free (Only if accompanying a paying Disabled Ticket Holder) – must be registered with Nimbus scheme with valid ID.

Seating is available on a first come first served basis but Season ticket holders have priority over standing and seating locations on production of a valid season ticket.

Away Fans

Away fans are requested to sit in the allocated Away Fan section in the smaller stand block XYZ.

Bag Searches

Bag searches will still be in place on the door. The rules on no food and drink still apply and will be enforced by security under the request of Everyone Active, please help us speed up the door process by not trying to bring outside food and drinks in. We do not have the facilities or the manpower to store these items so risk contraband being disposed of if attempted to be brought in. Water and baby food etc will still be allowed.
